Join the Westpark PTA Today! Every membership supports our students, teachers, and school community. Together, we make a difference!
We are proud to share that Westpark Elementary has once again been recognized as a National PTA School of Excellence! This honor reflects the dedication and hard work our PTA has invested in building strong family-school partnerships and creating a positive impact within our school community.
As the National PTA shared in its recognition letter: "This recognition is for the incredible work your PTA invested in developing strong family-school partnerships and improving your school community. We are so proud of you!"
We are honored to receive this designation, but this recognition truly belongs to all of you — our parents, students, teachers, staff, and volunteers. Your dedication, support, and involvement are what make our PTA a strong and vibrant part of the Westpark community throughout the year.
On behalf of the PTA leadership, thank you for your continued commitment to Westpark Elementary. Your time, talents, and partnership make a lasting difference, and we are grateful for all you do to help our school thrive.
Dear Westpark Families,
On behalf of Westpark PTA, I am so excited to welcome you and your family into our school community! My name is Kendra Clements, and I have the privilege of serving as the President of Westpark PTA for the 2025-2026 & 2026-2027 school years. I have three kiddos (a 5th grader and twins in 3rd grade), and we have been Wildcats since Pre-K!
Westpark PTA is made up of parents, caregivers, community members, students, teachers, and staff who work together to support our Wildcats and enhance their educational experience. Our mission is simple: To make every child's potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children.
Throughout the year, Westpark PTA funds and organizes programs, events, and initiatives that directly benefit our school. From classroom support and enrichment opportunities to family events and teacher appreciation, we strive to create meaningful experiences that strengthen both learning and community. We also serve as a partnership between families and school leadership, ensuring that parent voices are heard and valued.
One of the things I love most about Westpark is the sense of connection among our families. There are so many ways to get involved — whether that means volunteering at an event, giving financially, joining a committee, attending meetings, or simply becoming a PTA member. There is no expectation of a large time commitment; every contribution, big or small, makes a difference to our Wildcats.
I truly believe that when families and the school work together, amazing things happen for our children. I hope you’ll consider getting involved in a way that feels right for you this year. I look forward to meeting and welcoming you into the Westpark community. Please reach out with any questions you have.
Warmly,
Kendra Clements
President
